Log in to your account and visit the “Reward Shop” section. Browse available rewards and select the one you want. Follow the steps to confirm your redemption.
If a reward is out of stock, you can either wait for it to become available again or choose a different reward. You also have the option to add it to your wishlist, so you can easily track when it’s back in stock. Don’t worry – your points won’t be deducted unless the reward is successfully redeemed.
You can view your past orders under Reward Shop > Order History. This will show details of your past redemptions in your Power Up account.
